1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Vahila Smart Marker Mapping services provided by VHL Engineering, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Vahila Smart Marker Mapping platform for personal or commercial purposes. This license includes:

• Creating and managing underground infrastructure detection projects
• Using RFID markers and detection tools
• Generating reports and maps
• Collaborating with team members

This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempting to reverse engineer any software
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to Vahila Smart Marker Mapping, including project data, markers, photos, and reports. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide our services.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Vahila Smart Marker Mapping:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any malicious code or viruses
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person
• To interfere with or disrupt the service

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VHL Engineering and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VHL Engineering, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
